Prices
Prices shown on this site are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice to you.
Delivery & Postage
Free UK ‘tracked’ delivery on orders. Most orders will be dispatched within 5 working days. For any orders outside the UK please contact Neil for specific delivery costs before placing an order. Customers are responsible for any import duties, sales taxes or other import costs.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of goods ordered. Neil reserves the right to refuse an order at any time.
Payment
All products remain the property of Neil Martin until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.
Payments are processed securely via a third party payment system called Paypal Standard Secure. All transactions are processed using a secure server. Customers card details are not held and we will never pass your details on to anyone.
Returns & exchanges
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for exchange or refund. To be eligible for return, items must be in their original condition and packaging with any enclosed documentation. Please inform Neil of your intention to return items via email.
When returning an item, please ensure that you package it securely and return via a tracked postal service. Returns are at the customers own risk and postage is at the expense of the customer.
Any Box that has been specially commissioned, customised or personalised cannot be returned. Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment within 30 days.
Cancellation
Orders must be cancelled or amended within 24 hours. If you no longer wish to proceed with your purchase please contact Neil via email.
Faulty or Incorrect goods
If your goods arrive faulty, or damaged you must inform Neil within 7 days of delivery and he will endeavour to resolving any issues as quickly as possible. Willful, malicious damage or negligence will void any rights you have to take advantage of the refund or exchange policies.
Caring for your Box
Each box is lovingly handmade and finished with 3 coats of 100% pure Tung oil and then clear beeswax polish. Neil recommends only ‘dry dusting’ the box when required. Please do not to use any spray type or abrasive cleaners on the wood or interior linings. Please ask Neil for advice if you are unsure. Specific care instructions are sent out with each box.
Wood is a beautiful and natural product and as such will take time to settle in its new home. Please do not place the box near any sources of direct heat or moisture. Given the nature of today’s centrally heated houses, some movement in the timber may/will occur. This is perfectly normal and an indication that you own a 100% natural product.
